(1) Vendor needs to provide Multiple Output Publishing Software System.– Publishing tool should be easy to learn and use and should facilitate single–source publishing to multiple outputs.– Tool should speed up proofing processes and improve workflow and collaboration including external parties currently external translators can work in the file produced with our publishing tool without having to purchase the license.– Tool should support multi–language publishing. The produced output must work in all 6 languages.– Tool should be platform independent.– Tool must generate validated XML without complex tagging or any specific XML knowledge.– Tool must offer XML compatibility for future publishing purposes migration from publications done with the current publishing tool to the new one.
