Non-profit Organization located in Switzerland looking for expert vendor for stakeholder consultations for implementation of independent accountability and website services
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide stakeholder consultations for implementation of independent accountability and website services as part of the stakeholder engagement strategy,
- An inception report detailing proposed updated website table of contents, information resources and links, expected functionalities etc,
- Working draft/s for implementing the updates in line with the inception report in agreement with the IAP Secretariat; and,
- The final updated web-design and content, with digital assets, as applicable, delivered,
- accountability, in organizing and analysing stakeholder consultations, including through web-based surveys, key informant interviews, document reviews and other methods, and designing stakeholder communication and engagement strategies, including website design for optimal reach and impact,
- A multidisciplinary team with expertise and experience is required in following areas:
- in organizing and analysing stakeholder consultations, including through web-based surveys, key informant interviews, document reviews and other methods,
- designing stakeholder communication and engagement strategies,
- website design for optimal reach and impact,
- Experience related to health and SDGs, women’s, children’s and adolescents’ health, universal health coverage, life course approach and focus across high-, middle- and low-income countries is highly desirable,
- Good understanding of issues, politics, policies and stakeholders involved in health and wellbeing of people and development overall,
- Solid track record successfully delivering projects within set timelines,
- Agility and clear and prompt communication.
(2) Intent to bid must be submitted no later than August 20, 2020.
[C] Eligibility:
Onshore (Global Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
