[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide multimedia content services for different fundraising campaigns and other communications and news purposes in a timely and consistent manner.
- The use of images and videos on websites, in email banners to donors and social media posts, print use in direct mail fundraising packs and ads in newspapers (for all translated versions, 36 markets across the world).
- This includes publication on websites belonging to agency, its national partners, goodwill ambassadors and market affiliates.
- Usage also includes placement in email banners inserted in correspondence and sent to agency donors, supporters and prospects.
- Images and videos may be used in or on social media accounts held by agency, its national partners and market affiliates, and goodwill ambassadors, provided a copyright notice or watermark is used.
- Images may be used in or on printed and digital reports, web stories, briefing notes, press statements and releases and social media posts.
- Images and videos can be uploaded to the agency media library for distribution to the agency fundraising offices for use in individual social media posts or on their website, provided a copyright notice or watermark is used.
- Access to photo and video assets should be available 24/7 in order to best leverage emergency moments and purchase timely images in times of crisis. A point of contact needs to be available.
- When an image is selected and agreed upon instant access to supplier digital library is provided to download assets with minimal delay.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 8, 2020.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
