Vendor needs to provide communications services to manage the campaign to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the declaration on human rights defenders with a broad audience.
- Increase the visibility of the declaration, work of human rights defenders and the special rapporteur by placing op-eds, news stories, securing interviews with foreign correspondents, and social media messages.
- The purpose of this to identify potential communications agencies that can manage the campaign to
commemorate the 20th anniversary of the declaration of human rights defenders, by creating a media
outreach strategy and other means as needed.
- In this specific task include develop communications plan, strategy for increased media presence and prepare portraits of human rights defenders.
