Vendor needs to provide 24X7 helpline emergency hospitalization services.– The 24/7 helpline should be accessible worldwide, toll free and only in case of emergencies. Support must be provided in at least English and French.– The provider shall issue Guarantees of Payment (GoPs) to clinics/hospitals worldwide in case of emergencies and shall arrange admission to reputable medical facilities.– Operating a 24/7/365 toll free call centre with worldwide coverage and support in English and French.– Ability to organise emergency hospitalizations (including issuance of GoPs) within one hour of an emergency call.
