Vendor needs to provide branding, design, and multimedia service.– Need for a comprehensive suite of global brand development, design, multimedia, products, message and narrative development, digital engagement/ interactive platforms and products.1. Brand development: • Develop distinctive, compelling, visually engaging branding for the Centre conveying WHO's mandate and the Centre’s vision, aligned with Organization branding guidelines, and ensuring consistency and clarity across all the Centre’s visual identity assets.• Create impactful graphics, such as flyers, banners, illustrations, infographics, and icons, for both print and digital media, maintaining alignment with Organization branding standards.• Design presentation templates with customizable layouts tailored to various programs and initiatives, ensuring consistency and professionalism in visual representation.• Implement branding elements consistently across all visual materials, including logos, color schemes, and typography, to reinforce Organization identity and enhance brand recognition.• Provide design support for high–level events, including the development of event branding, signage, banners, and digital assets, ensuring alignment with messaging and objectives.• Manage permissions for image usage and commission original pieces from photographers or illustrators for incorporation into design layouts, ensuring all source files are returned to WHO at the end of the publication process.• Deliver products in various formats as needed, both digital and ready for printing, ensuring accessibility and usability across different platforms.• Ensure complete access to all edited photos and the photo library with exclusive usage rights granted to Organization, maintaining transparency and accountability in photo management and distribution.2. Design and multimedia products (including photography, graphics design, online reports, video creation, social media assets)• Curate and manage a repository of high–quality images relevant to Organization focus areas, ensuring diversity and representation in sourcing pictures for reports and documents, and regularly share updated records while ensuring return of source files to Organization upon request or at project completion.• Proficient in digital video production, specializing in event coverage, online content creation, and corporate marketing/branding videos.• Expertise in producing promotional and educational videos tailored for international organizations.• Design video elements including graphical mock–ups and storyboards to ensure a visually engaging final product, managing project timelines, scripting, participant coordination, and post–production management.• Provide professional and creative photography services covering various domains such as event coverage, social media content creation, and print/editorial photography.3. Narrative and message development:• Secure speakers, conduct interviews, and edit videos tailored for various social media platforms with attention to detail and a proven track record of delivering professional video production services.• Write and edit compelling talking points and develop speeches and presentations that align with the Centre's key messages and themes for various events and engagements.• Develop impactful messaging that effectively conveys the organization's mission, values, and objectives, tailored to different audiences and occasions.
