Vendor needs to provide online interpretation service including set–up and facilitation of online platforms.• High–quality Interpretation services in at least the following six languages: English, Spanish, French, Arabic, Russian, and Chinese,• Sourcing, selection, and coordination of interpreters,• Sourcing, selection, and coordination of qualified International Sign Language interpreters,• Captioning services, including AI generated captions in Zoom or other applicable platform, and manually edited captions by native language speakers for post–publication purposes,• Providing mp4 recording files if required.• Technical support services which include:O Hosting online sessions with RSI (Remote Simultaneous Interpretation) for up to 1000 participants or more,O Connecting remote interpreters to existing online sessions, providing support for audio and technical settings as necessary,O Configuring online platform settings as needed, both before and during the conferenceO Onboarding and conducting sound check for interpreters,O Providing at least 60 minutes of preparation and testing before each event, depending on its nature,O Transmitting all relevant documents to interpreters in real time,O Recording interpretation channels and meeting sessions as required,O Live monitoring & troubleshooting of all language channels during the events,O Performing connectivity tests for each meeting session,O Ensuring back–up mechanisms to prevent interruptions due to system failures.
