(1) Vendor needs to provide case studies content writer development service.– Develop a series of case studies for the first agency status report for drowning prevention.– The case studies will capture the implementation and impact of effective drowning prevention strategies and programmes from diverse global settings.– Develop a proposal for case study structure and text.– Liaise with case study authors to collet necessary additional information.– Provide a first draft of case study text.– Provide a final case study documents(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on April 24, 2024.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than April 28, 2024.
