(1) Vendor needs to provide webcast and video on demand system for broadcast live and are also recorded and made available for consultation.
- The various language streams must be available via both the webcast and VOD systems.
- Dynamic simulcasting of audio-visual feeds (RTMP, RTMPS, SRT).
- Ingest of various live source feeds:
- Remote RTMPS, SRT and NDI HX feeds.
- Microsoft Teams and Zoom video + interpretation.
- Two to six rooms simultaneously with up to 10 languages
- Overlay of dynamic information (images, speech to text, titles).
- Streaming of multiple quality video feeds (dynamic restream).
- Provision of VOD of each live session in all audio channels, at the end of the webcast.
- Provision of event analytics (live + VOD).
- Provision of global access to live and VOD content - all countries, all formats.
- Provision of multi-bitrate (MBR) video format.
- Audio in 10 languages from each room delivered by the UPU (including the original language, french, english, arabic, chinese, portuguese, russian and spanish).
- Provision of an all-in-one player embed code per event: live + VOD + related information.
- Possibility of switching between different languages, including audio-visual metadata (live/VOD).
- Search features by filter (speaker, countries, roles, agenda items, etc.).
- Display of multiple live group sessions (simultaneous sessions, etc.).
- Live streaming to social networks (e.g. YouTube, Twitter, Workplace, Facebook).
- Provision of all streams on all major platforms (as a minimum, to be supported by systems such as the latest version of Microsoft Windows, Mac OS, OSx and Android).
- Ability to broadcast from any type of encoder (software and hardware).
- Integration with the UPU environment (data centre, Proxy and NetScaler, etc.).
