[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide VoIP integrated air call system, interrogatable with Salesforce to make unlimited out-bound and in-bound international calls, using manual or autodialer mode with the best quality of calls and competitive rate per min.
- VoIP software is an application that makes online calls possible. With VoIP software, PSP team will be able to make and receive calls online whether the call recipient uses a landline, mobile device, or VoIP phone.
• Cloud based online solution that can be accessed through web browser
• Make unlimited out-bound international calls
• Provide advanced call queues (campaign and list management)
• Automatic call recording
• IVR (phone tree)
• Call routing
• Auto dialer Mode for outbound calls
• Teamwork management/collaboration tool
• Real-time and historical analytics
• Insight’s reporting including full CRM segment status of all the history of the calls within the same segment
• The integration with Salesforce CRM should be done by the bidder
• Ability to call using Gulf phone numbers (UAE displayed phone to call most important)
• License can be utilized by any of the call center team members, within the limit of the purchased licenses.
• Ability to get the best call quality especially to UAE (50%), KSA, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, USA etc.
• Quality control: Check and intervene and solve the bad quality of calls check (echo, disconnection of the calls, repetitive voice, call cut, etc.); no ECHO, no repetitive voice, no call disconnection, no abrupt disconnection, no low volume, and bad ability to hear the calls
• Availability of technical support for urgent trouble shooting
• Ability to do reports upon request
• Ability to change the phone number of a certain campaign
• Attach proposed Service Level Areement, if available

- Onshore (Switzerland Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
