[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide Media, PR and Communications Services
- to continue implementing a coordinated global communications strategy to raise awareness and provoke responses that will contribute to ending TB. The strategy aims to engage partners, donors, decision-makers, media, and influencers to help drive political will and mobilize resources to accelerate global, regional, and national efforts to end TB
- Develop messaging and outputs for specific briefings/activities/events/campaigns/platforms, including, but not limited to press releases, reports, toolkits, graphics and other visuals, images, video footage, presentations;
- Provide specialized support for the implementation of STBP's 2023 public-facing and media engagement activities - identifying relevant and impactful media opportunities, developing creative messages, and support public-facing activities as requested by STBP;
- Work towards expanding and maintaining a solid media contact list and systematically track the media work to recruit additional media outlets;
- Provide support in establishing a robust media data analytics approach and related reporting;
- Provide support to enhance STBP's existing online presence and provide consultation on new trends and tools;
- Provide advice and support on best value for money paid media engagement to support uptake and dissemination of messages and campaigns;
- Content development and social media:
- Support STBP in its media outreach and engagement with press statements, press releases, opinion pieces, blogs, reports, etc.;
- Support STBP in developing additional multimedia materials such as videos, photo stories, slideshows, etc.; and
- Support STBP in collecting information, photos, and video footage to create promotional materials for all platforms.
- Facilitate and strengthen media relations:
- Work proactively with STBP to continue increasing the quantity and quality of TB and STBP related media coverage worldwide, including in donor and TB high-burden countries;
- Support STBP in developing and implementing strategic media partnerships around critical Events
- Continue building the collection of STBP coverage in global media;
- Support STBP in analyzing and reporting on the coverage and advise on media strategy improvements where applicable.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
