[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide website administrator and developer services.
• optimize website visibility, for example by conducting search engine optimization (SEO) and online marketing using social media.
• ensure the Joomla! 3 installation and associated extensions are running correctly and functioning properly at all times, including on the supported subsites;
• participate in regular calls with WHO staff in regular business hours.
• install security patches and upgrade Joomla components when updates are published;
• backup the website every 24 hours;
• respond to critical problems within four hours, one day for urgent problems, and one week for medium priority problems;
• provide support to the moderator and website manager when required; and
• remain available for emergencies.
