[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide information and communications technology and application development support services.
- Manage and maintain user accounts, including creation, editing and deletion of accounts, reset password, updates, etc.
- Provision and activation of licenses and monitor license expiration as required.
- Management, support, and utilization of Microsoft Office 365 applications, tools and cloud technology.
- Provide training on Microsoft Office 365 applications, tools and cloud technology.
- Provide training on G-Suite applications, tools, and cloud technology.
- Provide user support or troubleshooting for G-Suite applications, tools, and cloud technology
- Configuration management, including changes, upgrades, patches, etc. is maintained; management of user logins and password security is documented; and support of software products relating to servers and workstations; timely response to repair and maintenance requests from the user.
- Drupal support with regards to updating the website and possible training
- Dropbox support with regards to use of the tool and file management.
- Design, develop, and make changes to Microsoft SQL Server and/or MySQL databases as requested.
