Government Authority located in Switzerland looking for expert vendor for mobile app development service using Robust CMS.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide mobile app development service using Robust content management system for parenting in the first 1000 days.
- This app will cater to parents with varying education levels, from parents who are not literate to more educated parents and caregivers.
- Creation of wireframes and detailed description of mobile application features, user interface and other multimedia.
- Create interaction models, user task flows, screen designs and UI details that promote ease of use and optimize task flows.
- The UI/UX designer shall design custom graphics for end-to-end UX (user experience) with required features and functions as mentioned in the design document. The emphasis should be on usability, accessibility - particularly as the build is interactive by its nature.
- Development of CMS for data management of app, to enable content to be uploaded easily as more tips and activities are developed over time. The CMS needs to be developed in English only, and is not required in other languages.
- The agency will provide support for troubleshooting and fixing any defects or bugs, and enhancements in the services.
- Detailed process and technical documentation including app design documentation, app installation guide, app administration guide and app user operation document to be provided.
- Delivery should be in the form of a published app in Google Playstore.
- The app should automatically generate and send multi-lingual messages to users about events related to the particular user.
- The app should support multilingual content in English and Hindi (as a minimum), as well as special and non-Latin characters.
(2) All questions had been due on September 30, 2021.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
