[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide translation services from English to French, English to Spanish, English to Russian and vice-versa.
• Translation of media materials (press releases and statements, executive director interviews, speeches and statements, media advisories, fact sheets etc.) - usually with a rapid turnaround time and without subsequent revision by another translator; very often under pressure and with a maximum turnaround time of 24 hours;
• Translation of documents for the governing agency body meetings - programme coordinating board (PCB);
• Translation of materials for agency website (feature stories, web pages) - very often under pressure and with a maximum turnaround time of 24 hours, with self-editing. In cases of translation for the agency website, the supplier might be requested to use a web-based electronic workflow system, provided by agency, to receive and submit translations.
• Translation of any other documents as required (e.g., EXO correspondence, World AIDS Campaign (WAC) messages, posters and brochures, HIV estimates and Spectrum software tool, National AIDS Spending Assessments (NASA), etc.)
• Translation, revision and proof-reading of agency publications (annual and biannual reports, policy briefs, technical guidelines, Best Practice documents, etc.).
(2) Contract term will be two years.

- Onshore (Switzerland Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
