Government Authority located in Switzerland organization looking for expert vendor for EMS website maintenance and hosting services using Drupal.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide maintenance and hosting of the EMS website is to provide a high level of functional and technical expertise support, including the ability to investigate the source code and identify the advanced setup of the application and/or the infrastructure in place.
- Corrective maintenance includes level 3 support for the website, as well as management and correction of bugs and incidents. Corrective maintenance is calculated at a fixed price based on a percentage of the total development costs.
- Preventive maintenance includes security patch installations, along with two Drupal minor version updates and two module updates per year.
- Evolution maintenance involves the processing of evolution requests for the website. These requests might include technical or graphic changes, functional improvement, advisory services, and project management. Evolution maintenance services are provided upon request and within the limits of a pre-defined budget agreed upon between the Parties.
- The Bidder should indicate the service level agreement (SLA) for support. The reaction and resolution time should apply during business hours from Monday to Friday.
- The Bidder should provide web hosting. This may be offered via a sub-bidder. The proposal should be clear about which services are being subcontracted, and the technical details of the hosting services provided should be elaborated in the supplier’s proposal.
- Upon completion of the first year of website maintenance, UPU staff responsible for managing the website shall regularly inform and update the Bidder of all specific support needs for the website, including those relat-ing to functions and technology.
- The Bidder shall provide UPU staff with on-site and remote training on the use of the website, in order to allow for the management of basic content and non-critical operational aspects, including web management tech-niques.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 11, 2020
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (Switzerland Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
