Government Authority located in Switzerland based organization looking for expert vendor for social media offensive and defensive project.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide a suitable contractor to focus on the info war aspect of the current social media attacks against WHO by implementing a social media defensive and offensive info war capability.
- Investigate the infrastructure deployed by the Twitter bots and other social media that are actively attacking WHO. Determine where they are located, by which firm exactly they are managed, what is the range of the IP address that they use and what is the various email they use.
- Develop and maintain a network of various social media accounts which will focus on diffusing pro-science messages on various social media including Twitter and Facebook.
- Conduct a thorough search engine optimization which will increase the ranking of the WHO pages on search engines (such as Google, Yandex, Baidu), with the view of promoting WHO pages over fake news pages for health and especially COVID related topics.
- Investigate the infrastructure used by the Infowars/bots used to attack WHO.
- Work with nominated social media company in order to have those large infrastructures banned and removed from the several networks.
- Deploy a pro-science communication effort on social media by managing multiple accounts.
- Conduct a thorough search engine optimization (SEO) which will focus on promoting pro-science, WHO pages over fake-news articles and conspiracy theories on the main search engines that are Google, Yandex and Baidu.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
