[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide mapping and research into inter agency communication with communities tools and strategies
- Identify and document activities/tools that are empowering women and girls through ensuring they know their rights and are empowered to realize them;
- Assess existing communication tools and how they are accessible to all persons of concern, including socio-economically vulnerable and marginalized groups, women, girls, people with specific communication challenges such as people with disabilities, people in transit and people living in remote areas;
- Qualitative evaluation of the impact of ongoing CwC activities and tools regarding information provided, dissemination methodology, target audiences and penetration rate (reach and fidelity) as well as languages covered in the various countries of the region;
- Evaluate if CwC and tools correspond to the community’s needs and preferred communication channels;
- Explore how the Knowledgebase could be linked to call centres/helpline in the region and if it can be developed further to allow two-communication;
- Conduct interviews with end users of CwC tools to assess their needs, and ease of accessibility of existing tools;
- Identify potential for improving existing activities and tools and suggest innovative projects (traditional and digital methods) to complement the existing CwC strategy, including building on recommendations made in previous related assessments.
