[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide survey project management and data analysis services to 1) ensure the successful launch and all aspects of the electronic EWEC non-State commitment makers’ questionnaire, including seeking the necessary follow up with commitment makers to ensure the highest response rate possible and to answer questions and liaise with the platform/website manager in the case of any technical difficulties on the part of the commitment maker; 2) conduct a descriptive and a limited qualitative analysis on the non-State commitment makers who self-reported, and 3) to develop its report for 2020.
1. Project management plan: Through ongoing collaboration and communication with the Executive Office and the web developer managing the online survey platform, the conrtractor will ensure the following is done: 1) maintain project timelines; 2) that there is a final updated and complete database for questionnaire non-State respondents; 3) that there is communication with the web developer so that the web developer can address any remaining technical issues prior to the launch of the questionnaire and during its execution; 4) correspond rapidly, in a timely manner with respondents who are in need of technical assistance from the web developer or who have a question related to the questionnaire; 5) provide weekly updates and the above mentioned partners on the survey response rate and project progress; and importantly, 6) follow up with survey reminders and conduct individual follow up as required to increase the response rate.
- Place of performance: Contractors may work remotely from their usual place of business. business hours are normally European CET, Monday to Friday, and contractors will be expected to be available to respond to technical queries during these hours within reason
(2) Intention to Bid no later than February 21,2020.
